to Participants
Participation Policy
Each
person attends events sponsored by Quick-Spark,
LLC Events, Inc. at his/her own
risk, and Quick-Spark, LLC
Events, Inc. shall not be liable for any
loss or injury sustained, either directly or
indirectly, by any such person. In
consideration of the privilege of attending
events sponsored by Quick-Spark, LLC
Events, Inc., patrons waive any and all
claims they or their heirs may have against
Quick-Spark, LLC Events, Inc.,
it's owners, Managers, and employees.
Furthermore, Quick-Spark, LLC
Events, Inc.
reserves the right to decline to
schedule any individual for any future
events sponsored by Quick-Spark, LLC Events, Inc. for any reason, whatsoever,
upon the refund of any unused fees paid by
such individual to Quick-Spark, LLC.
Refund Policy
All
participation at Quick-Spark, LLC Events. Inc. events is based on advanced
payment and registration. The cancellation
of pre-paid reservations 72 hours (3 days or
more) prior to an event will receive a full
credit toward a future Quick-Spark Events, Inc. event . Refunds will be issued
upon request and will receive a $10
processing fee. Cancellations 72 hours
or less before an event will not receive a
refund or credit toward future events. You
may send a substitute of the same gender in
your place with pre-approval from a Quick
Spark staff member. All substitutes MUST
register
at www.QuickSparkParties.com
prior to attending.
